Nathan and Kendra Scott
Kendra Suzanne Jenks and Airman 1st Class Nathan Allen Scott Jr. exchanged marriage vows during an open church wedding ceremony at 6:30 p.m. March 22, 2008, at Central Christian Church in Marietta. The Rev. Sanford Downs officiated for the double ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Jerry and Kathy Jenks of Waterford. She is the granddaughter of Nellie Beardmore, Charles and Mary Jane Beardmore, and Marie Jenks. She is the great-granddaughter of Janet Beardmore.
The bridegroom is the son of Nathan Allen “Al” Scott Sr. and Julie Bradley, both of Lowell. He is the grandson of Darius and Beverly Chapman, and Helen Scott. He is the great-grandson of Donna Fogle.
Wedding selections were played by organist Nellie Beardmore, grandmother of the bride.
The bride wore a champagne satin gown that featured beaded metallic lace, an empire band with a bow and a lace-up back.
