I like the YMCA too. They should give discounts for Medicare because those on welfare get free passes! UGH!

The y does offer senior discounts! The marietta ymca is one of the very best things marietta has going for it! Its a great place to spend ones time. There is alot going on there that u need to be around to know about it.

I've read that our metabolisms don't change as we age, WE do, and we start sitting around more and more and then as we gain weight, we feel sad and hopeless and the pounds glob onto us. Hurrah for programs to help people help each other - losing weight or gaining confidence and friendship - whatever the positive results may be. And good for you, Deb! Good for you!
