It is a bit curious that Mr. Brothers isn't running for re=election since he appears to be currently running the city.
Locke is a pathetic loser. Couldn't even serve out the one term he was actually elected.

I hear Brothers isn't running again 'cause he'll have replaced Joe in the mayor's seat by that time. Word has it Joe's only working part-time now, at best.
