I hear from alot of people about how Tom 4Th ward councilman always answers their phone calls back when they have a complaint and his answer is I'll have to research it and get back to you and he does. But thats where the problem starts and stops. Tom never calls back with any good news or real solutions to the problems. 90% of the time the problem goes unresolved and the 4th ward people just have to suffer through with it . I think it great to have a councilman you can call that answers and replies like Tom does but it would be better if he had at least sometime good news or a solution but never does. Why would you want to keep a councilman that just researches but never gets anything done for you ?
