Citizens staying on top of issues that affect their community is fine. But these anti fracking nuts have an agenda.

Therefore one needs to be aware before getting involved with these people that they are out to ban fracking for good using junk science and propaganda.

Also, keep in mind that EPA head honcho Lisa Jackson has stated no drinking water has been contaminated from fracking.

People need to have their well water tested now so they can sue the oil/gas companies later if they have too. If you don't have it tested before hand the oil/gas will claim your well water was undrinkable all along.

If resolutions have been reached and gag orders,confidential settlements are the court decisions, it would only IMPLY that no wells or other sources of drinking water have been contaminated. Fact is there have been cases of fines and penalties given to companies for using diesel fuel in their fracking fluids, a violation of the 2005 clean water act.

If this group is forming to give a place for residents to gather to gain information from industry representatives and other experts, it great. But if it is to gather malcontents and activists to cause trouble then it should be discredited. I hope it is the former.
