What is it about this project???

Just because there is money in the kitty, everyone is rushing to spend it on a project that doesn't need to happen.

Glad I don't run my personal budget that way. Wish council didn't, but obviously they are going to do whatever they want regardless of whether it makes sense. Take a bow, council.
