These people will fight to the death. It is going to get ugly. I doubt anyone is really going to be concerned by the education these kids are going to get watching this play out. Beware!

(All the statements are to the best of my knowledge) I've remained silent the last couple years. I have 3 kids 1 at FHS, 1 at FMS, and 1 at LES. The shape of this district scares me. However, I don't want to send my child to Newport or New Matamoras, nothing against those communities. To be honest my youngest went to Newport one year, the teacher told me I should be happy with a"good enough" report card. I don't know about anyone else I don't like Good enough. I want the best they can do. So at this point if lawrence closes I'm sure the lawrence side of the voting poll will vote NO on your levy. And if Lawrence closes I'm pulling 3 of my children to another district. If that means moving so be it. This conversion school is one way to insure NES & MES stay a k-6 school longer. Bottom line for me is no lawrence gets a no vote from me. Fort Frye, Marietta, or even Switzerland of Ohio would gladly accept the state money from my children. Rant done plz don't be nast
