Josh, depending on the restaurant they could have specific design requirements. Example Bob Evans, all pretty much look the same.

Just drove by the Movie Gallery lot. They are proposing to construct a new restaurant and parking lot between the existing building and the intersection. Doesn't appear to me that there will be enough space. Don't forget that it must be set back from the street on three sides a certain distance and there's going to be a crosswalk there. I don't see how the plan will work from what was written in the article.
