Randall Kidder will be presenting a piano recital at 7 p.m. Friday, May 15, in the First Unitarian Universalist Church sanctuary. Kidder is the church pianist.
A mixture of uplifting music, including ragtime, jazz and traditional songs, will be presented.
The recital is free and open to the public. Seating is limited. A freewill offering will be accepted.
"Randy is one of the most talented pianists I have heard in the Mid-Ohio Valley and we are fortunate to have his amazing music every Sunday," said Jim Rapp, longtime member of the church.
Kidder majored in piano performance at Heidelberg College and has studied with instructors from Wooster College.
On Sunday, June 7, the church will present a public concert at 1:30 p.m. featuring Celtic singer and guitarist Melissa Cox and her band, Mythica. The concert will be free and open to the public as part of the church's continuing concert series.
