Music on the Levee under way

The 2010 edition of Music on the Levee is under way, with concerts planned for Friday and Saturday - and a few other days here and there - through September at the Kreamy Kreations Pavilion in downtown Marietta.

The free concerts are sponsored by the Reno Lions Club, which also operates the Kreamy Kreations stand, the proceeds of which benefit the group's service projects.

The lineup is:

Friday - Steve and Bev Pottmeyer, country.

Saturday - Class Act Clogging team, John Barr; variety

May 28 - Pickin' On Country, country.

May 29 - The Lazy River Jazz Band, jazz.

June 4 - The Faculty, variety.

June 5 - Ramblin' Country, country.

June 11 - Sentimental Journey, oldies.

June 12 - The Clark Family, country.

June 18 - Buckeye Travelers, country.

June 19 - Titus Canbe Band, rock and country.

June 25 - Heaven's Rush, gospel.

June 26 - The Crownsmen, gospel.

July 2 - Country Horizon, country.

July 3 - The Tune Smiths, variety.

July 9 - Steve and Bev Pottmeyer, country.

July 10 - Pickin' On Country, country.

July 16 - Jerry and Lisa Queen, country.

July 17 - All God's Children, gospel.

July 23 - Patty Dye and Justin Gutberlet, variety.

July 24 - Wills Creek, bluegrass.

July 30 - Blackwater Run, bluegrass.

July 31 - Forever Young, variety.

Aug. 6 - Big D and Company, country.

Aug. 7 - Union Valley, bluegrass.

Aug. 13 - The Light Connection, gospel.

Aug. 14 - 4 Hits and a Miss, old-time country.

Aug. 20 - Simply Ira and Elvis, easy listening.

Aug. 21 - Chestnut Hill, country/bluegrass.

Aug. 27 - The Tune Smiths, variety of classics.

Aug. 28 - All God's Children, gospel.

Sept. 3 - Big D and Company, country.

Sept. 4 - Zane and Karl Kesselring, variety.

Tuesday, Sept. 7 - 4 Hits and a Miss, country.

Wednesday, Sept. 8 - Buckeye Travelers, country.

Thursday, Sept. 9 - Pickin' On Country, country.

Sept. 10-12 - Entertainment on barge for the Ohio River Sternwheel Festival.

Sept. 17, 18 - To be determined.
