Victoria Oster and Brandon Stull were married on Aug. 20, 2010, at New Beginnings Church in Morgantown, W.Va., in a ceremony officiated by Bryan Kiehl.
The bride is the daughter of Ninoca and Michael Oster of Vernal Utah. The bridegroom is the son of Jodi and Rodney Stull of Parkersburg.
Grandparents of the bride are the late Norman and Frances Oster of Fort Ashby, W.Va., and Patricia Oster of Springfield, W.Va., and the late Lope and Wilhelmena Mendez of Long Beach, California.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are the late Ralph and Sylvia Stull of Parkersburg and Gary and Eileen Ritenour of Belpre.
The bride was given in marriage on behalf of her parents by her older brother, Ryan Oster. The man of honor was Justin Loudin of Charleston, W.Va. The best man was Bryan Stull of Parkesburg, the brother of the bridegroom.
The bride is a 2006 graduate of Hampshire High School and is currently attending West Virginia University with a major in multidisciplinary studies. She is also currently a full-time toddler day care teacher at New Beginnings Day Care Center in Morgantown, W.Va.
The bridegroom is a 2004 graduate of Parkersburg High School and a 2008 graduate of WVU with a bachelor's degree in criminology. He is currently enrolled in WVU's EMBA program and will graduate with his master's in 2011. He is also currently employed by WesBanco of Morgantown.
The couple plans a honeymoon for Orlando, Fla., in 2011 and will reside in Morgantown.
