Together with their families, Erica Ellen Hamilton and Patrick William O'Donnell announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Lisa Beach of Vienna and Jeff Hamilton of Parkersburg. She is the granddaughter of Delbert and the late Jean Beach of Belpre and Gerald and Lorna Hamilton of Denver, N.C.. She is a 2001 graduate of Belpre High School and graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Medical Dietetics in 2005. She is a registered dietitian and is employed as the assistant director in nutrition services at The Ohio State University Medical Center.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Carolyn O'Donnell of Reynoldsburg, Ohio and Tom O'Donnell of Sedona, Ariz. He is a 1999 graduate of Reynoldsburg High School and graduated from Capital University with degrees in music education and percussion performance in 2003. He is currently employed as a band director at Groveport Madison High School where he directs many percussion ensembles and is the assistant director for the marching band.
A December wedding is planned in Columbus, Ohio.
