Brent and Vicki Viers of Williamstown announce the engagement of their daughter Amber Viers to Jonathan Fulton, son of Mark Fulton of Marietta and the late Carol Skinner Fulton.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Washington State Community College with a degree in radiologic technology and is employed by OrthoNeuro in Columbus, Ohio.
The prospective bridegroom will graduate in March 2011 from The Ohio State University with a degree in industrial engineering. An open church wedding is planned for Sept. 24, 2011.
