Together with their parents, Lawrence Ison III and Kyle Anne Dugas announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Gary and Liz Dugas of Vienna. She is a 2002 graduate of Parkersburg High School and a 2007 graduate of Glenville State College with her bachelors in secondary science education. She is currently enrolled at University of North Alabama, working on a master's degree in secondary education. She is employed at Deshler Middle School in Tuscumbia, Ala. and is a military police in the U.S. Army Reserve.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Lawrence and Linda Ison Jr. of Virginia Beach, Va. He is a 1994 graduate of Kempsville High School and a 1999 graduate of Old Dominion University with an bachelor's degree in English. He is employed with Norfolk Southern Railroad, at the Muscle Shoals, Alabama yard, as an accident investigator.
A wedding is planned for March 19, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church with a reception to follow at the Worthington Golf Course
