David and Teresa Corbin of Lubeck, announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Ann Corbin to William "Cody" Blouir, the son of Melanie and Steve Jameson and William and Wanda Blouir of St. Marys.
The bride-to-be is a senior at Parkersburg South High School and is employed by McDonald's. Upon graduation she will attend the University of North Western Ohio in Lima to pursue a degree in automotive and alternative fuels.
She is the granddaughter of David and Donna Santee of Belleville and Tom and Donna Corbin of Parkersburg. She is the great-granddaughter of Juanita Corbin of Parkersburg.
The prospective bridegroom is a 2010 graduate of St. Marys High School and is currently a recruit of the Army National Guard attending basic training in Fort Leonard Wood, Mo. Following basic training he will pursue further training in the field of military police.
He is the grandson of George and Barbara Hutchison of Newport and the late Sharkie and Virginia Blouir of St. Marys, and the great-grandson of Lillian Turner of Newport.
