The Central Ohio Heart Chapter hopes to raise $28,000 for the American Heart Association this month, which is designated National Heart Month.

Faced with mounting evidence that youngsters are turning to snuff and chewing tobacco as alternatives to cigarettes, Congress took a first step toward requiring health warning labels on smokeless tobacco and banning its broadcast advertising.
