Stone-Miller
Amy Renee Stone and Nathaniel Reed Miller were married Jan. 1, 2011, at the Blennerhassett Hotel in Parkersburg. Their friend, Andrew Corbin Roach, performed the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Pam and John Hennes of Marietta. The bridegroom is the son of Joan and Craig Miller of Lancaster, Ohio.
Presented in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by Suzanne Conyne-Rapin as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Katherine Gross, Katherine Murfey, Leighan Croxen, and Maleia Uline. The bridegroom's brother, Matthew Miller, was the best man. The groomsmen were Dustin Schuetz, Michael Moyer, Joseph Wofford, and Christian Perez.
Ushers were the bride's brothers, Timothy Stone and Andrew Hennes. The bride's niece, Megan Stone, was the flower girl. The bride's nephew, Weston Hennes, was the ringbearer. The bridegroom's cousin, Jeremy Creighton, was the guestbook attendant.
A reception was held immediately following the ceremony in the Charleston Ballroom of the Blennerhassett Hotel. Following the reception, the couple honeymooned in Hawaii.
The bride is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, where she received a bachelor's degree in economics. She is currently attending the University of New Mexico and is pursuing a master's degree in natural resources planning. She currently works part-time at the Cibola National Forest.
The bridegroom is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, in Berkeley, Calif., where he received a Ph.D in materials science and engineering. He is currently working as an engineer in Research and Development at Emcore, Inc.
They reside in Albuquerque, N.M.
