Solvay recognizes staff anniversaries

Solvay Advanced Polymers, L.L.C., announce the following employees who recently completed 10 years of employment with the company:

Steve Page, who joined the Marietta plant in 2001 as a chemical operator. Page lives in Marietta with his wife, Beth Ann, and children, Amanda and Steven.

Keith Thomas, who joined the Marietta pant in 2001 as a chemical operator and is currently a shift supervisor. Thomas lives in Vienna, W.Va., with his wife, Andrea, and children Deric and Kyle.

Eric Sinnett, who joined the Marietta plant in 2001 as a chemical operator and is currently a mechanic. Sinnett lives in Belpre with his wife, Charlene, and daughter, Skylar.

Steve DeQuasie, who joined the Marietta plant in 2001 as a chemical operator. DeQuasie lives in Ravenswood, W.Va., with his wife, Kathy, and daughter, Stephanie.

Employees who recently completed 15 years of employment with the company:

Steve Newsad, who joined the Marietta plant in 1996 as a machinist and is currently an electrician. Newsad lives in Beverly with his wife, Kimberly, and children, Regina and Shelby.

Mark Minerd, who joined the Marietta plant in 1996 as an electrician. Minerd lives in Cutler with his wife, Kathy.

Greg May, who joined the Marietta pant in 1996 as a chemical operator. May lives in Little Hocking with his wife, Robin, and children, David, Cynthia, Lyndsey, Danielle and Katelyn.

From local reports

Recently celebrating 25 years of employment at Solvay was Richard Wright, who joined the Marietta plant in 1986 as a chemical operator and is currently a mechanic. Wright lives in Parkersburg with his wife, Alison, and sons, David and Eric.
