Elisabeth Renee Radabaugh of Vincent and Chad Austin Hoon of Cutler are pleased to announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Debra Radabaugh of Vincent and Jeffery Radabaugh of Belpre. She is the granddaughter of Janet Burnfield and the late Donald of Vincent, Delbert and Wilma Foggin of Parkersburg, David and Melanie Ashley of Belpre, and Kenneth Radabaugh of Belpre.
She graduated from Warren High School in 2007 and Washington State Community College in 2010 with an associate degree in nursing. She works as a registered nurse at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Alice and Jerry Hoon of Cutler. He is the grandson of Tina Palmer and the late Paul of Cutler, and the late Wilford "Sonny" and Jan Hoon of Belpre.
He graduated from Warren High School in 2004 and is employed at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Marietta.
A June wedding is planned at the Belpre Church of Christ.
