Recently celebrating 25 years of employment at Solvay Advanced Polymers, L.L.C., was Phil Welch, of Fleming, who joined the Marietta plant in 1986 as a chemical operator and is currently a compliance lead.
Also completing 25 years of employment at Solvay are Richard Wright and J.L. Dean.
Wright joined the Marietta plant in 1986 as a chemical operator and is currently a mechanic. He lives in Parkersburg with his wife, Alison, and sons, David and Eric.
