Francis and Carolyn Arnold of Marietta celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on April 15. They were married on April 15 at St. Marys Catholic Church by the late Monsignor Edwin Murphy.
She is the daughter of the late James D. and Dorothy Flowers of Waterford. She worked 31 years full-time, now part-time, as LPA staff nurse at Marietta Memorial Hospital.
He is the son of the late Francis and Elizabeth Arnold of Marietta. He retired from B.F. Goodrich, RJF, after 41 years of service.
They are the parents of four children: David (Terri) Daniel; Diane (Mike) Henry of Marietta; and Debra (Chris) Tornes of Dayton. They have seven grandchildren: Andrea and Adam Arnold; Sara and Ryan Henry, of Marietta; Andrew, Alex, and Aaron Tornes, of Dayton.
They will celebrate with a family vacation in June.
