Mike and Julie Smith of Belmont announce the engagement to their daughter, Andrea (AJ) Jenkins to Seth Deem of Marietta.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Ralph and Barbara McCloy of Parkersburg, Carol Alkire of Parkersburg, and John and Pauline Gregg of Pullman.
She is a 2008 graduate of St. Marys High School and is employed as a manager with Smith Candy in St. Marys.
The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Irene Deem of Palmer, Ohio, and Faye and Raymond Lee of Reno.
He is a 2005 graduate of Waterford High School and a 2008 graduate of Washington State Community College Practical Nursing Program. He is employed with the City of Charleston Fire Department and St. Joseph Ambulance Service.
A June 4 wedding is planned at First Baptist Church in St. Mary.
