Together with their parents, Cortney Nicole Haddox and Ryan Mitchell Fickiesen announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mark and Mary Shawn Haddox of St. Marys W.Va. She is the granddaughter of Juanita Haddox and the late Edgar (Joe) Haddox of St. Marys, and the late Ted Northrop and Jacqueline Northrop Farr. She is a 2009 graduate of St. Marys High School and is attending Washington State College in Marietta.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Bruce and Sandi Fickiesen of St. Marys and the grandson of Mary Ann and the late Lyle (Jake) Fickiesen of Newport, Ohio, Pauline Smith of St. Marys, and Aaron Smith of Belmont, W.Va.. He is a 2008 graduate of St. Marys High School and employed at Select Energy Services.
A wedding is planned July 16 at the Willow Island Baptist Church with Dana Locke officiating the service.
