Kenneth and Teresa Eddy celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on June 5. They were married at Reno Christian Church in 1971.
She is the daughter of Lewis Simmons and the late Mary Simmons of Reno. She is an administrative assistant for Judge Susan Boyer.
He is the son of Janie Eddy and the late Karl Eddy of Eddy's Ridge. He is a meat cutter at Save-A-Lot in Belpre.
The couple are the parents of: Mary Ann (Ryan) Ware of Powell, Ohio; and Bradley Scott (Stacey) Eddy of Reno.
They have three grandchildren: Gavin and Carson Ware; and Ethan Eddy.
They celebrated their anniversary with a surprise open house given in their honor by their children.
