Wilbert and Joyce Antill will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary July 5.
They were married July 5, 1951, at the home of Evelyn Sundeen in Plymouth, N.C., the sister of Joyce.
He is the son of the late Clarence and Edna Antill of Marietta. She is the daughter of the late Walter and Mary Kathrine Russ of Belhaven. N.C.
They are members of the Bartlett Ridge Church of Christ where he has served as minister for many years.
The couple have six children: Linda (Rodney) Phillips of Beverly; Ella (Jeff) Shaw of Marietta; Teresa (Fred) Muntz of Marietta; Sidney of the home; Virginia (Steve) Lee of Waterford; and Clarence of Williamstown.
They have 14 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. One great-grandchild is deceased.
