Ronald and Marilyn Young are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 1 to 4 p.m., Aug. 13, at the Waterford United Methodist Church, Main Street, Waterford.
They were married Aug. 19, 1961, at the Waterford Untied Methodist Church in Waterford.
He is the son of the late Willis and late Clara Young. She is the daughter of the late Clarence and the late Alice Mercer.
The couple have resided all 50 years of their marriage in Waterford.
They have three sons: Bill (Jennifer) of Waterford and children, Russell and Denise; Tom (Jayne) of Hilbert, Wis. and children, Randy, Alice and Wyatt; Dick (Jesica) of Zanesville and Braeden and Haylee.
Friends and family are invited to the celebration. The couple request no gifts.
