Kelsy Dawn Stephens and Michael Dane Colvin were united in marriage on Aug. 4, in a private double ring ceremony officiated by Belpre Mayor Michael Lorentz.
The bride is the daughter of Janet Lockhart of Belpre and the granddaughter of Sylvia Reed of Lowell. She is a 2003 graduate of Belpre High School and a 2009 graduate of Concord College, San Diego, Calif.
The bridegroom is the son of Don and Sandy Colvin of Belpre. He is the grandson of Howard and Rachel Hamrick of Little Hocking and the late Gene Colvin. He is a 2005 graduate of Belpre High School and attended Washington State Community College, Marietta. He is employed by Lowe's, Vienna, W.Va.
A celebration with family and friends is planned at Civitan Park in Belpre.
