Together with their parents, Britney Williams and Ryan Taylor announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Pete and Dee Liller of St. Marys, W.Va. and the late Bart Williams of Clayton, Ala.
She graduated from Concord University in Athens, W.Va. with a bachelor's in social work in 2007 and also achieved a Master's of Science in psychology from Walden University Minneapolis, Minn. in 2010.
She is currently working as a therapist for the Hampton-Newport News Community Service Board in Virginia.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Jeff and Jolene Taylor of Parkersburg
He graduated from Methodist College in Fayetteville, N.C. with a Bachelor's of Science in business in 2006.
He is now serving in our nations Naval Special Warfare at Little Creek Joint Expeditionary Base in Virginia Beach, Va.
The wedding is planned for 5:30 p.m., Nov.11, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church on Market Street. A reception will follow the ceremony at Blennerhassett Hotel Ballroom on Market St.
