David and Penny Rogers of Newport will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary on Nov. 22. They were married Nov. 22, 1986, at Eddy's Ridge Church of Christ with Delbert Westbrook officiating.
His parents are George and Elva Rogers of Newport. Her parent are Joe and Sandra Parsons of Belmont, W.Va. and her grandmother is Eileen Steele of Belmont, W.Va..
The couple have one daughter, Krista Edgar and her husband Jeremy of Newport. They have one granddaughter, Addison Edgar of Newport.
