Joseph Howard Mitchem and Kristin Marie Goff, together with their parents, announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Joe and Sally Mitchem of Marietta. He attended Ohio University with a major in economics. He is now a project manager at White Oak Property Research.
She bride-to-be is the daughter of Dwight and Dedra Goff of Parkersburg. She attended West Liberty University with a major in speech pathology and audiology. She is now a title examiner at Honor Resources Company.
The couple will be exchanging their wedding vows on Sept. 29, 2012.
