Albert Bonar, biomedical technician at Marietta Memorial Hospital, recently passed the certification offered through the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI.) Bonar has been working toward this certification for approximately three years and is now a Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (CBET.)
Certification from the AAMI demonstrates that applicants have the knowledge to ensure a safe, reliable health care environment. It also demonstrates to employers a significant commitment to career and competence.
