Earl Gaylord and Martha Rosella Williams Hendricks of Green, Ohio, celebrated their 60th anniversary at Ryan's of Marietta on Dec. 18, with several family members and friends in attendance. They were married at Byesville, Ohio, on Dec. 29, 1951.
He was born at his family's farm near Marietta, the son of the late Charles E. and Esther A. Carver Hendricks. She was born in Buffalo, Ohio, the daughter of the late Charles H. and Martha L. Kirkbride Williams.
They are the parents of three daughters, Debra (Ed) Aspega, Brenda (John) Angelo, and Rhonda (Jeff) Stabler. They are the grandparents of Brandy Aspega, Mark Aspega, and Megan Angelo. They have two great-grandsons, Luke and Markus Aspega-Flores.
He is retired from LTV Steel, Massillon, Ohio, after 45 years of service. They reside at Green, Ohio, but frequently visit the family farm they own near Marietta. The farm has been in his family for over 100 years.
