Amanda Jane Blanton and John David Keaton were united in marriage on July 23, 2011, at Franklin Road Church of Christ in Indianapolis, Ind. The ceremony was officiated by David Wright.
The bride is the daughter of Bruce and Debbie Blanton of Indianapolis and the granddaughter of Eleanor Blanton and Barbara Conkin. She is a 2003 graduate of Silver Creek High School in Sellersburg, Ind., and 2006 graduate of Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, Tenn. with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and psychology. She now works as an EDDA at a dental practice in Louisville, Ky.
The bridegroom is the son of Craig and Peggy Keaton of Marietta and the grandson of Frank and Irene Haught and Louise Keaton. He is a 2003 graduate of Marietta High School and 2007 graduate of the University of Toledo in Toledo, with a Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare administration. He now works as an executive director of a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Seymour, Ind.
The bride was escorted down the aisle by her father and given in marriage by her parents. The maid of honor was Micah Nichols and the best man was James Keaton.
After a short honeymoon the couple now reside in Henryville, Ind.
