Stretch & Tone Information Class: 1 p.m., March 12, join members of the rehab unit from Arbors of Marietta and learn the importance of stretching and toning your muscles; each participant will receive a free stretch band and exercise guide to take home, registration is required.
Demonstration by Martha Lizer: 12:30 p.m., March 13, Martha will use her handmade table-top loom to demonstrate this weaving and tying technique used to create a thick place mat or trivet; yarn and thread choice make each mat unique.
Degenerative Disc Disease - How Chiropractic Treatments Can Help: noon to 1 p.m., March 15, Disc degeneration is a natural part of aging and over time all people will exhibit changes in their discs; learn from Dr. Barb McNeill how chiropractic treatments may reduce the pain caused by this condition.
