The bride-to-be is the daughter of Leonard and Sara Hamilton. She is the granddaughter of the late Dean and Thalia Becker and the late Glen and Helen Hamilton.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Marietta College and her master's degree from West Virginia University. She is a third grade teacher for Marietta City Schools.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Starling and Linda Zink. He is the grandson of the late Paul and Irene Zink and the late Charles and Lucile Gasser.
He received his Doctor of Optometry from The Ohio State University. He is self-employed in his office in New Martinsville.
