Heather A. Turley and Tyler W. Kiggans, both of Reno, Ohio, announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Daniel and the late Anita Turley of Marietta. She is the granddaughter of Ralph and Bessie Heslop of Newport, and Constance and James Ward of Newport.
She is a 2009 graduate of Wood County Christian School.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Randal and Christina Kiggans of Reno. He is the grandson of Donald and Judy McClead of Lowell, and Charles and Doris Kiggans of Reno.
He is a 2010 graduate of Frontier High School and Washington County Career Center. He is employed by Elk Oil.
The wedding is being planned for May 18, 2013, at Wingett Park.
