Scott and Vickie Miller of Beverly announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their daughter, Carissa Lynn Miller to Ryan Mark Fliehman, son of Dan and Elanda Fliehman of Lowell.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Ronald and Betty Miller of Beverly, and Bill and Barb Smith of Lowell.
She is a 2005 graduate of Fort Frye High School and a 2008 graduate of West Liberty University with a degree in dental hygiene. She is currently employed in Tucson, Ariz.
The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Kelton and the late Helen Fliehman of Lowell and the late Hilliard and Jalamae Maxwell of West Lafayette.
He is a 2006 graduate of Fort Frye High School and a 2010 graduate of Ohio University with a degree in meteorology. He is currently employed at the National Weather Service and pursuing a master's degree at the University of Arizona in hydrometeorology. He is graduating in May of 2012.
The wedding is planned for Sept. 22, 2012, at Our Lady of Mercy in Lowell with a reception to follow at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Churchtown.
