Together with their parents, Katherine Lorraine Borrelli and Robert Wayne Waters announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Jim and Terri Borrelli of Parkersburg. She is a 2007 graduate of Parkersburg Catholic High School, a 2011 graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor's degree in nursing, and is currently pursuing a master's degree in nursing at WVU. She is a nurse at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Alan and Lisa Waters of Marietta. He is a 2007 graduate of Parkersburg Catholic High School and will graduate in May with a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Marietta College.
A wedding is planned for 2:30 p.m. on June 9 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Parkersburg.
