Bob Hines of Parkersburg celebrated his 90th birthday.
He was born May 5, 1922, to William Frank and Besse Hines. He retired as a supervisor from the W. Va. State Tax Department
He is the father of Jeff (Diana) Hines and Jay (Beth) Hines. He has six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
