Together with their parents, Kelda Annette Beachy and Justin Scott Stewart announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Greg and Bee Beachy of Louisville, Ky. She is the granddaughter of Maurice and Ada Hooley of LaGrange, Ind. She is a 2007 graduate of Male High School in Louisville, Ky. and a 2011 graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a bachelor's degree in biology and a minor in chemistry. She will be graduating in May with her master's in biomedical sciences from Midwestern University in Chicago, Ill.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Tim and Rena Stewart of Waverly, W.Va. He is the grandson of Kevin and Barbara (Hickman) Roberts of Waverly, and Cecil and Velma Stewart of Little Hocking. He is the great-grandson of Kenneth (Pap) Watson and the late Arleene Watson of Waverly. He is a 2007 graduate of Williamstown High School and a 2011 graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a bachelor's degree in wildlife m anagement. He is a 2012 graduate of the West Virginia State Police Academy, and is employed by the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources.
The wedding will take place June 30 at Prairie'dise Farm in LaGrange, Ky. There will also be an open reception on July 21 at Mount Pleasant Burnt Hill United Methodist Church in Williamstown.
