Mary E. Wriston, 63, of Marietta, passed away at 6:06 p.m. on Friday (June 15, 2012) at Marietta Memorial Hospital.
She was born on Jan. 13, 1949, in McArthur, Ohio, a daughter of Leslie and Ada Young Reynolds. She was a homemaker and attended Whipple Baptist Church.
Mary was married to Thomas Wriston, who survives with two daughters and three sons, Allan Townsend of Marietta, Mark (Cindy) Townsend of Reno, Lelia (Micah) Weyant of East Freedom, Pa., Deidra Wriston of Marietta and Travis Wriston of Marietta; 10 grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters, Charlotte, Carol, Paul and Roger; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Leslie Jr.; and sister, Delores.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday (June 19) at 11 a.m. at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home followed by cremation. Friends may call after 2 p.m. today with family present from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Messages of sympathy may be sent at www.mslfuneralhome.com.
