Andrew and Judy Miller will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on July 29. They were married on June 30, 1962, at St. Marys Church in Marietta by Fr. William Konus.
She is the daughter of Delores (Hope) Addlesburger and the late Delmer Addlesburger. He is the son the the late Elmer and Sophia Miller.
He is retired from AEP and she is retired from the WCB of MRDD.
The couple have four children: Lisa (Bryan) Kendig of Katy, Texas, Shawn Miller of Columbiana, Ala., Todd Miller of Soddy Daisy, Tenn., and Patrick (Rachel) Miller of Waterford. They have five grandchildren: Alexa and Chase Kendig, Madelyn, Sophia and Braden Miller.
There will be an anniversary blessing at the 9:30 a.m. Mass on July 29 at St. Bernard's Church in Beverly. Following the Mass, an open brunch reception given by their children will be held in St. Bernard's social hall from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. They request that gifts be omitted, but would love to visit with family and friends.
