Melody Leanne Massar and Kevin Andrew Hadsall, together with their parents, announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of George and Diane Massar of Little Hocking. She is the granddaughter of Charles and Mary Kiser of Little Hocking and the late Leonard and Marie Massar of Belpre. She is a 2004 graduate of Wood County Christian School and a 2012 graduate from the Air Force Institute of Technology with a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics. She works as a mathematician for the United States Air Force at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Robert and Jody Hadsall of Harveys Lake, Pa. He is the grandson of Anthony and Jilda Garosi of Sebring, Fla., and of Margaret Hadsall and the late Bertel Hadsall of Harveys Lake, Pa. He is a 2006 graduate of Lake Lehman High School and a 2012 graduate from the Air Force Institute of Technology with a M.S. in Aeronautical Engineering. As a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force, he is stationed at the Air Force Research Lab Materials Directorate at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
The couple will be married on Oct. 20, 2012, at Lighthouse Baptist Church in Vincent. A reception will follow in Marietta. Following the wedding, the couple will reside in Dayton.
