The 51st annual reunion of the Frank and Virginia Offenberger family was held July 22 at Our Lady of Mercy social hall in Lowell with 115 family members and guests attending.
The Leora Beck and Bob and Frances Farley families served as hosts for the day. Father Wayne Morris led the group in prayer before the potluck dinner.
A brief business meeting followed the dinner. Five births and one marriage were reported for the year. There were games and activities for the children with prizes awarded. A 50/50 drawing was held and door prizes awarded. The afternoon was spent playing bingo and visiting.
The next reunion will be held July 28, 2013, at the same location with the Jeanne Offenberger family as hosts.
