Charlene R. DeLong and Robert L. Villers were united in marriage Aug. 5 in Elizabeth, W.Va. at the home of the bridegroom's sister and brother-in-law, Kitty and Joe Cheuvront. It was officiated by Minister Tim Bell.
The bride is the daughter of Charles H. Sigler and Helen M. (Doster) Sigler, of McComb, Ohio, both are deceased. She works for West Virginia University Extension Service Family Nutrition Program as a Nutrition Outreach Instructor.
The bridegroom is the son of Robert N. and Penny Villers of Elizabeth, W.Va. and Mary Jo Villers, Parkersburg (deceased). He works for Congressman David McKinley as a Constituent Representative.
Together, they have five children: Justin (Jamie) Villers, Robbie Villers, Nikita (Dale) Chidester, Jessica DeLong and William DeLong and two grandsons: Tyler N. Villers (deceased) and Noah J. Villers.
The matron of honor was sister of the bridegroom, Kitty Cheuvront. The best man was Jason Harkness. The reception was held at the Cheuvront home following the ceremony.
