Charlie and Kathy McDaniel were married on Oct. 14, 1962. Friends and family are invited to bring a chair and celebrate their golden wedding anniversary on Sunday, Oct. 14, at 1 p.m. at the Civitan Park gazebo in Belpre, as they renew their wedding vows. A reception will follow the ceremony.
He is the son of the late William and Katherine McDaniel of Glouster and she is the daughter of the late Ralph and Daisy Clark of Belpre.
They have two sons, Billy and Mike (Gina); six grandsons, Josh (Erika), Tim (Ashley), Malachi, Jacob, Blake and Dakota; and three great-grandchildren, Max, Larissa, and Brayden.
He retired from ABF Freight Systems in 2002. She retired from nursing in 2005.
