During my travels around Ohio and West Virginia representing mine workers from McElroy Local 1638, who live on both sides of the Ohio River, I get to meet many outstanding people. One such person, Charlie Daniels, comes to mind.
Daniels was well dressed with a jacket and tie every time we talked. Daniels is a veteran of the U.S. navy, serving aboard aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower.
Daniels is an 18-year Ohio Public Service Employee of OCSEA Local 11, AFSCME, National Rifle Association member, American Legion Post 159, St. Clairsville, Equal Employment Opportunity Committee and Ohio Farm Bureau.
Now Daniels wants to run for state representative, 95th District. The 95th District consists of Carroll, Harrison, Noble, and parts of Belmont and Washington counties in Ohio.
Daniels will fight to keep our tax dollars in Ohio supporting jobs in Ohio. Daniels will put people before politics, while standing up for the working class. Daniels will ease our tax burden with a common sense budget and with transparent spending.
It is time to stand united and hold the extreme politicians accountable and vote for Daniels for state representative in the 95th District of Ohio.
