Dave and Barbara Stevens of Beverly will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a dinner given by their children on Oct. 6
They were married on Oct. 6, 1962, by Msgr. Charles Highland in Churchtown.
He is the son of the late Lloyd and Mary Stevens and is retired from Amoco.
She is the daughter of the late Walter and Alice Klinger and retired from Dietz-Futrell & Walters Insurance Agency.
They are the parents of Doug (Angie) Stevens of Beverly, Melissa (Morgan) Whitaker of Circleville, Darren (Alicia) Stevens of Lowell and Tonya (Eddie) Ogle of Rockbridge.
They have six grandchildren: Danielle and Tyler Stevens, Joshua and Chloe Stevens, and Sydney and Reese Ogle.
