In this age of partisan politics and gridlock at the national and state level, it is time to elect a leader who wants to solve problems. When I was growing up, they were also referred to as public servants. They were in positions of leadership to help the community and its members rather than promote their personal or party agenda. We have such a person who believes in this philosophy. Her name is Peg Littler and she needs your vote to be elected as a Washington County commissioner.
I have known Littler for over 20 years. She has served in numerous positions including educator, administrator, community volunteer, and board of education member. He life has been dedicated to helping those who needed guidance, direction, or any type of support. In the last five years I know of two young women in dire circumstances that Littler aided using her networking and problem solving skills. She believes in giving a "hand up," not a "handout."
Littler believes in listening to all sides of an issue and doing her homework. She is always approachable and positive. You will not see her use attack dog tactics. She knows how to deal with adversity and challenges. Please join me in casting your vote for Peg Littler.
