Dr. Dale Shackle, 71, of Lakewood Ranch, Fla., died Tuesday (Oct. 9, 2012).
Friends will be received Monday (Oct, 15) from 6 to 8 p.m. at Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West St., Caldwell, Ohio 43724. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday (Oct. 16) at 11 a.m. in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Olive Cemetery in Caldwell.
